The company reached out on phone call and email, which was great as I had many phone problems where I kept missing the calls, meaning we still kept our taxi booking whereas other companies may have just cancelled without hearing communication. The process of booking was really easy online. It was also great we could book a taxi for so many people with multiple drop offs - which our driver did not mind amending slightly on the night due to a change in circumstances. We had the pleasure of meeting our driver Justin who collected us from a friends wedding. Justin was friendly, kind, patient and put us at ease as soon as he arrived. He also ensured that we were all in the taxi, and waited very patiently while we gathered all the passengers from around the venue. Justin kindly laughed off with the other passengers my very enthusiastic, loud tipsy partner, and made sure our friend who lived alone safely got into her home before driving off. The company was very good at checking in with us to make sure we were happy with our booking, and Justin contacted us on the day to make sure he had all the correct details - as well as being very tentative by letting us send him a pin drop so he could go to the exact location. The taxi arrived on time and we received a prompt phone call to say Justin had arrived. The car was spacious, clean and had a large space for luggage. As I mentioned we would recommend the experience to anyone who need a reliable and friendly taxi service. All our fellow guests and passengers commented on the great experience."

Although the charge was agreed at booking then additional charges came in and took a very long time to sort the issue - wish it was clear that it was a third party, the third party should allow additional information to be included at the time of booking so the final price is agreed at that time and not some three weeks later when I was emailed about the additional coast. Extremely annoying!"

The day before was told the taxi was not big enough and I had to get bigger which cost more. Then asks flight details so they can track flight to help with extra cost if delayed which our flight was by 2 hours. The company message you whilst your on a plane when your phone is on flight mode so dont get the message till you land. And then cost a extra £30 so in total for this cost £437 "

Outbound driver wouldn’t detour via a nearby shop for a passenger to buy cigarettes, saying there was a shop at the course where he could buy them..this is not the case. A little flexibility would have gone a long way. (The passenger had been stuck on the M25 due to a lorry on fire & only just got to our hotel in time for the pick up which is why he didn’t have chance to stop & buy cigarettes earlier!) "

"The outward driver arrived just over 10 mins late. I called taxi code who confirmed he was en route. I was a bit cross but when he arrived he apologised and said he was caught up in a diversion. Taxi code then called me when we were on the bus to check the driver had arrived, apologise and advise who would be collecting us and their names. I thought it was really nice that they called back to check and the person who rang me was very friendly. Plus we were an hour early leaving the venue (we didn’t realise it closed at 10 not 11) and our return minibus was already there waiting for which we were very grateful. Both drivers were really nice. I would use taxi code again. So easy paying up front and booking on line. Didn’t shop around so not sure if we could have got a cheaper fare but price seemed reasonable to me, "

"The driver was on time, a good laugh and overall we had a really good experience with him. However, I spoke with a member of your staff on the phone the day before the journey who was unhelpful and extremely patronising. He asked why I had booked an 12 seater for 8 people plus bags, so I explained that I had done this to ensure that we had enough space for suitcases. He then challenged why I had done this several times, despite the fact that I had explained that I hadn't realised there was a safety procedure in place which presented placing bags on seats (it wasn't mentioned anywhere on your website, and I had previously travelled with companies who had done this). The way he spoke to me was extremely rude, and I don't feel that he would have behaved this way if I was not a young woman. I am a paying customer regardless, and there's no need to speak to anyone in this manner. After what felt like a telling off from a school teacher, I eventually had to ask what he would propose I do to amend the booking for a larger taxi, at which point I was told I would need to pay a higher price. This wasn't a problem, and was sorted out with the driver on the day. However, once we were all in the vehicle, the driver did put bags on seats - exactly what I'd been told you weren't able to do! Overall, this whole problem could have been solved in polite manner rather than the rude way in which it was handled, which will put me off booking with you again."

However the vehicle has seen better days.
